What our service offers?

The service allows the user to visualize the functioning of the management and conduct of the necessary critical knowledge and understanding in a comprehensive picture. The elements of the comprehensive picture can be assessed through a separate SWOT analysis.

A snapshot of the various sub-regions reflects in the colors of the area's situation in relation to the stated objectives. A trend pointer indicates the direction in relation to previous measures.

The management can easily see in the snapshot the organization´s overall situation and make decisions on matters relating to those areas which are lagging behind or otherwise in need of leadership.

Clicking on the Snapshot icon opens a view, where the causal relationships will surface depending on the key indicators and progress- and risk assessments.
